BeeBack is a digital loyalty program. Instead of paper cards, you collect stamps and points from your favourite businesses right on your phone, and redeem rewards when you're ready.

Tap a BeeBack touchpoint at a participating store, or scan its QR code, and follow the prompts to create your account. It only takes a moment.

No. BeeBack works right in your phone's web browser, so there's nothing to download. You can add it to your home screen if you'd like quick access.

Open BeeBack in your browser and sign in. Your wallet shows all your loyalty cards, stamps, points, and available rewards in one place.

Tap the store's BeeBack touchpoint (or scan its QR code) when you visit. Your stamp is added to that store's card automatically.

Points are earned when you visit and interact with a store's touchpoints, or automatically when you pay if you've linked a payment method.

An Identifier tap simply tells the store it's you, so your visit or purchase can be matched to your account. It doesn't add a reward by itself, it makes sure you get credit for what you do.

Showing your QR code lets staff confirm who you are so they can add your stamps or points to the right account.

If your payment method is linked, your purchase is matched to your BeeBack account and any points or stamps are added automatically. You don't need to do anything extra.

Open the reward in your wallet and follow the prompts. When it's ready, show the live reward screen to staff so they can complete it.

The live screen proves the reward is genuine and hasn't already been used. It protects both you and the business.

Reward screens and QR codes expire after a short time for security, so they can't be reused or shared. If it expires, just open the reward again to get a fresh one.

Available means the reward is ready for you to claim now. Ongoing means you're still working towards it. Locked means it isn't unlocked yet. Claimed means you've already redeemed it.

A linked payment method connects the card you pay with to your BeeBack account, so your rewards can be added automatically when you buy something.

Once a payment method is linked, paying at a participating store automatically matches the purchase to your account and adds any points or stamps, no tapping required.

Yes. Go to your profile, open Payment Methods, and remove any card you no longer want linked.

No - we only store safe payment identifiers (like the last 4 digits) if available. Your full card number is never stored.

BeeBack stores the details you provide to run your loyalty account, such as your contact details, your stamps and points, and your reward history. We never store your full card number.

No. Merchants can only see your activity at their own business.

Yes. You can unlink payment methods from your profile at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account and data.
